Job Description
We are seeking a Korean-speaking Crypto Chat Support Consultant to provide prompt, professional live-chat assistance for a cryptocurrency platform. You will address user inquiries about accounts, transactions, and basic crypto concepts, escalate complex issues, and ensure accurate documentation of interactions.
- Requirements: native or fluent Korean, strong English communication, 1+ year customer support experience (crypto/fintech preferred), fast typing, strong problem-solving, and availability for shift work.
- Knowledge of KYC procedures, wallets, and exchanges is a plus.
