Job Description
The Korean VIP Host is responsible for providing premium service and personalized experiences to high-stakes Korean casino players. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with Korean VIP guests to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction, and enhancing their overall gaming experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests and players upon arrival.
- Provide assistance to guests while they play at the tables, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
- Count and distribute chips to maintain a complete and accurate supply of gaming chips.
- Monitor the player’s chips on the table regularly.
- Provide assistance to players regarding game rules, procedures, placing bets, and other customer service functions as required.
- Maintain the security and the integrity of the game by continuously monitoring the table.
- Alert the supervisor of any irregularities or issues.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service to guests at all times, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Korean and English. Fluency in Korean is essential.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Courteous and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills and good aptitude in mathematics.
- Previous experience in a casino environment is an added advantage.
