Job Description
Company: GECO PHILIPPINES INC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for application support inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to user-reported issues through helpdesk tickets and calls.
- Diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Document all incidents in the ticketing system.
- Assist users with application functionality and training.
- Collaborate with development teams to communicate feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Application Questions: Willing to work in Alabang (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)?
Experience: SQL, Excel, Basic XML (1 year preferred each).
