Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated L1 Helpdesk professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional technical support and assistance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming support requests via phone and email
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Documenting solutions in our ticketing system
