Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated L1 IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Emapta. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities include responding to IT support tickets, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a help desk or service desk role is preferred.
