Job Description
Job Summary: The role involves providing Incident Management support by resolving incidents, deep analysis, and diagnosing faults. The candidate will engage in Problem Management, root cause analysis, and Change Management while maintaining high-quality customer service.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Intermediate in NHibernate, SignalR
- Expert in Angular (MicroFrontEnd architecture)
- Expert in TypeScript
- Intermediate in Azure Functions, Apigee, Azure Pipelines
- Basic/Intermediate in Azure DevOps
Experience: 3+ years in programming and analysis with at least 1+ year in Level 2 Application Support.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Php60,00.00 – Php80,00.00/month
