Job Description

As an L2 Tech Support/Helpdesk, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to resolve complex issues from end-users and customers. You will analyze problems, troubleshoot hardware/software, and assist in system maintenance and upgrades.

Key responsibilities include managing and escalating support tickets, documenting solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role. Experience in IT support and knowledge of various operating systems and networks are preferred.
