Job Description
Vertere Global Solutions Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled L2 Technical Support professional to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software concepts, including HTML, JavaScript, WordPress, SQL Queries, and will be knowledgeable about CRM platforms and cloud technologies.
Your primary responsibilities will involve resolving complex technical issues, preparing documentation for Tier 3 support, developing support scripts, and addressing escalated concerns in a timely manner. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
This is a full-time position offering an 18-month fixed contract along with health and life insurance benefits.
