Job Description
We are looking for an experienced L3 Application Support – Config with E-commerce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in computer programming, analysis, and troubleshooting applications. The candidate should have at least one year of experience in Level 2 Application Support, Incident Management, Problem, and Change Management. The candidate should be experienced in data analysis and have proven experience in the following technologies: SQL, Oracle, Postman, eCommerce, Java.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L3 support for applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer programming, analysis, and troubleshooting applications.
- At least one year of experience in Level 2 Application Support, Incident Management, Problem, and Change Management.
- Experienced in data analysis.
- Proven experience in the following technologies: SQL, Oracle, Postman, eCommerce, Java.

Salary: Php11,602.93 – Php38,733.35 per month
