Job Description
The L3 Application Support position is responsible for providing technical support and resolving complex issues related to application software. This role requires a deep understanding of the supported applications, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key responsibilities of an L3 Application Support include:
- Providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for application-related issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
- Analysing application logs and performance data to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including processes and procedures
- Conducting periodic reviews and audits to ensure adherence to best practices and standards
The ideal candidate for this role should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in application support. Strong technical skills, including knowledge of programming languages, databases, and operating systems, are also required.
