Job Description
About the Position:
The Labor Lawyer at J&T EXPRESS performs the general duties of an experienced labor and employment attorney. Responsibilities include handling employment litigation, advising management on legal issues involving employees, and more.
- Handle employment litigation independently
- Prepare legal briefs and pleadings
- Determine litigation strategy
- Respond to legal charges
- Other duties as assigned
About You:
- Must have a law degree and passed the bar exam
- 3+ years of labor law experience
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Administrative and managerial abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th-month salary, Performance bonus
