Job Description
– Handle employee complaints, manage grievance procedures, and facilitate counseling in conjunction.
– Execute compliance requirements mandated by DOLE and assist in their audits.
– Facilitate the timely implementation of the disciplinary action process.
– Conduct an investigation and resolve complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
– Review submitted drafts of the NTE, propose revisions as may be applicable, and forward them for review prior to finalization.
– Facilitate the conduct of administrative hearings.
– Facilitate administrative hearing transcriptions.
– Review HR-related contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements in light of the actual, up-to-date HR operations.
