Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Labor Relations Specialist to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle at TPG Telecom. Responsibilities include onboarding, development, management, and offboarding of employees, along with consulting on DOLE-mandated rights.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a relevant field, with at least 2 years of experience. Excellent communication skills and legal knowledge of employment laws in the Philippines are essential.
Competitive salary: Php40,00.00 – Php42,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
