Job Description

As a Laboratory Representative Supervisor / Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the laboratory representative team as well as the courier team. Your main task is to ensure efficient and timely delivery of samples and test results between various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the laboratory representative team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to standard procedures.
• Manage the daily scheduling and routing of the courier team for picking up and delivering samples and test results.
• Monitor the performance and productivity of the laboratory representative and courier teams, providing guidance and support when needed.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to prioritize and expedite urgent samples and test results.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of sample handling and transportation.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of laboratory and courier operations is a plus.
