Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 4-year course graduate of BS Chemistry
- Must be a Registered Chemist (License)
- Good laboratory and technical skills, good presentation skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, people handling leadership skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field
- Must be a Certified Machine Lubricant Analyst II
- Knowledgeable in Basic Occupational Safety Hazard
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Prepares work and operation plans for the lab personnel.
- Supervises the work of each member of the lab team.
- Evaluates quality control and quality assurance statistics and modifies manuals as needed.
- Evaluates staff performance, development, modification, verification, and validation of methods.
- Participates in planning services for other departments within the operation.
