Job Description
Believe in high levels of customer service and security awareness? Are you adaptable, flexible, resilient and able to work under pressure, day and night?
- Responsible for controlling, monitoring, and authorizing entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
- Checking for suspicious packages, etc. and conducting random external checks.
- Access control of pedestrian, vehicle, and emergency gates.
- Searching visitors and vehicles.
- Checking guest lists and dealing with car parking during events organized at the Residence or Embassy.
- Reporting daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Maintaining the daily record sheets: Duty Register, Vehicle Log, Log, Random Search Key Register, and Incident Register.
- Responsible for the safety of visitors in case of emergencies.
- Registering the entrance and leaving of staff and visitors.
- Issuing passes to visitors.
