Job Description
Job Summary: Primarily responsible for ensuring that all due diligence activities adhere to the company’s standard requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage due diligence activities related to land acquisitions, including environmental assessments, title searches, and surveys
- Thoroughly examine legal documentation to ensure compliance prior to finalizing a purchase.
- Scrutinize title records to establish ownership and identify encumbrances.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure all necessary requirements are obtained.
- Collaborate with the Legal team to evaluate documents in preparation for finalization.
- Verify all details before endorsement for approval.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in real estate land acquisition
- Proven track record in land acquisition due diligence
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary range: Php24,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
