Job Description
The Land Acquisition Assistant is responsible for filing and securing the transfer of title ownership from Seller to PAAPDC. They shall request all pertinent documents such as Certified True copies of Titles, Tax Declaration, Tax Clearances, as well as payment of BIR and LGU taxes.
