Job Description
Special Qualifications: Must be Filipino-Chinese; and must be fluent in Mandarin or Fokine
This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Developer. The Land Management Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the development of land for various construction projects. The day-to-day tasks include surveying and evaluating land, preparing reports, designing land-use plans, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and managing construction projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proficiency in land development and management
- Knowledge in environmental regulations and construction codes
- Project management skills and experience
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field
- Familiarity with GIS and other mapping software is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in land development and management
- With solid experience in the estate corporation, real estate industry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with minimum supervision and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment while continuing to provide highly responsive and diligent service/output
- English can be used as the working language but must be able to speak Mandarin or Fookien
- High level of integrity and strong work ethics
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php60,00.00 – Php80,00.00 per month
