Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Land Project Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Land Project Development Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing land development projects from inception to completion.
Your duties will include conducting site assessments, managing land acquisition processes, coordinating with architects and engineers, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of land use regulations. Strong communication and negotiation skills are also essential for this role.
