Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land acquisition, development, and management.
Responsibilities include identifying potential land opportunities, negotiating deals, and overseeing the development process. The Land Solutions Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within budget.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field, proven experience in land acquisition, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of zoning and land use regulations.
