Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or Forestry, major in Horticulture, Agronomy or Agro-Forestry or with courses on Ornamental Horticulture, Urban Forestry, or Arboriculture
- Preferably with PRC License
- With or without previous experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of tree nursery management, plant ID and propagation, pest management, basic landscape design concepts, and landscape maintenance techniques, with capabilities to recommend materials, supplies, and equipment necessary in the conduct of their work
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
- With a positive attitude towards co-workers and clients
- Must have intermediate documentation skills
- Must be flexible with work location and schedule
- Must be willing to do field work and supervise teams on the ground
- Preferably knows how to drive and with Driver’s License
- Applicants with knowledge of landscape design software (SketchUp or Realtime Landscaping Architect), GIS, and/or AutoCAD are highly preferable
