Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare lamp surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
2. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to lampshades according to design specifications.
3. Use various painting techniques, such as spraying, brushing, or rolling, to achieve the desired finish.
4. Inspect finished products for quality, making any necessary touch-ups or corrections.
5. Collaborate with design teams to understand and implement specific color and finish requirements.
6. Maintain accurate records of paint colors, quantities used, and production timelines.
7. Ensure proper storage and disposal of paints and related materials in compliance with safety regulations.
8. Clean and maintain painting equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a lamp painter or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and finishes.
3. Ability to mix and match colors accurately to achieve desired results.
4. Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control.
5. Familiarity with various types of paints, varnishes, and finishing materials.
6. Knowledge of safety protocols related to paint application and storage.

Salary: From Php610.00 per day
