Job Description
· Primarily responsible for selling products through courteous, friendly, and efficient service and accurate on-time execution of merchandise display and promotion.
· Exhibits full product knowledge to engage and satisfy customers that will impact sales and ultimately drive business growth.
· Implements sales initiatives through suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge, and highlighting promotion offers.
· Must consistently implement service standards and applicable processes in retail operations.
· Helps in the attainment of sales targets. (Must hit individual quota given)
· Excellent customer service must be provided at all times.
· Ensures that items are properly tagged and displayed in accordance with approved store visual standards.
· Ensures that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.
· Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company which your superior may ask or direct you to perform.
