Job Description
As a Lazada & Shopee Store Associate, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online stores on the Lazada and Shopee platforms. Your main tasks include product listing, inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and update product listings on the Lazada and Shopee platforms, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as necessary
- Process orders promptly and accurately, ensuring on-time delivery
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Analyze sales and listing performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize store operations and drive customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience in e-commerce, especially managing Lazada and Shopee stores, is preferred
- Proficient in using Lazada and Shopee seller platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
