Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to design and deliver programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. You will conduct needs assessments, develop curricula and e-learning content, facilitate workshops, evaluate learning outcomes, and manage LMS platforms.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years of L&D or instructional design experience, strong instructional design and communication skills, and proficiency with LMS and learning technologies. Strong planning, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities are required.
