We are currently hiring for the position of L&D VTH Americas Learning Projects Administrator. This role involves overseeing and coordinating all learning projects within the Americas region for our organization. As the administrator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating learning initiatives, ensuring they align with the company’s objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Managing and maintaining the learning management system (LMS).
• Coordinating with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop and update learning materials.
• Tracking and reporting on learning project progress, including budgets, timelines, and outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with various teams, such as HR, operations, and IT, to implement learning initiatives.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. Prior experience in learning and development, particularly in a coordinating or administrative capacity, is highly desirable. Proficiency in using learning management systems and other eLearning tools is also preferred.
