As the Lead Analyst, Total Rewards Resource Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development, implementation, and administration of our total rewards programs. You will analyze market trends, conduct benchmarking, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize our rewards strategies.
- Lead the design and execution of compensation and benefits programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Analyze data to measure program effectiveness and propose enhancements
