Job Description
Summary
Grand Hyatt Manila offers a myriad of exciting experiences and dramatic restaurant concepts, embodying the #LivingGrand philosophy. We are currently looking for a highly experienced Lead Bartender to join The Cellar restaurant within our Food & Beverage Division. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional service, manage bar inventory, and provide innovative drink creations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant
- Expertise in alcoholic beverages and mixology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective management and leadership abilities
- Passion for working with people
