Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant in Application Support with a specialization in Frontend using Twilio. As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in troubleshooting and resolving complex frontend application issues. You will collaborate closely with clients, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and optimal performance of Twilio-based applications.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing and diagnosing frontend application problems, developing and implementing effective solutions, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
