Job Description
Lead Consultant – Human Capital
The Lead Consultant provides strategic, unbiased, and objective advisory services, assisting organizations in improving productivity and overall performance.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end human capital services such as Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Optimization, and more.
- Perform HR process review and people analytics.
- Manage associate consultants and build key stakeholder relationships.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for HR operations compliance.
- Identify opportunities for human capital services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in organizational development and HR areas.
- Licensed Psychometrician is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
