Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of Lead Consultant / Project Manager. As a Lead Consultant, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing project activities, ensuring the successful completion of projects within the given timelines and budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading project teams, providing guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Developing project plans, including scope, budget, and timelines.
- Managing project resources and ensuring effective utilization.
- Ensuring that project objectives are met and delivered to the highest quality standards.
- Identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in project management. Experience in consulting and working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
