Role: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Applying modern digital methods to identify and connect with high-potential clients through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and targeted emails.
- Generating leads from marketing campaigns for sales opportunities and contacting potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
- Qualifying leads from multiple channels and briefly introducing our services and understanding the client’s key pain points.
- Nurturing leads to increase lead conversion success and maintaining hygiene to grow the pipeline.
- Arranging the first Discovery Call with the client and allocating it to the sales team.
- Collaboratively working with the Sales Team to develop lead-generation strategies, define focus areas, and improve overall sales funnel.
Qualification:
- Graduate of any business-related course, preferably Marketing.
- 2+ years in a Lead Generation or similar role.
- Experience in selling HRMS/HRIS, Payroll & Managed Services is a plus.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications & CRM.
