Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify new business opportunities, support sales growth, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Perform targeted prospect research and build accurate contact lists.
- Execute multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn) and nurture leads through the funnel.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion and efficiency.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of B2B lead generation experience, proficiency with CRM and outreach tools, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams.
