Job Description
Position: Lead Generator Specialist
Set-up: Onsite
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- At least two years of experience.
- Experience in lead generation and appointment setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with research and maintaining databases.
- Understanding of sales processes, strong interpersonal skills, and communication.
- Market research experience.
- Background in business development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential packaging leads, while maintaining and expanding comprehensive contact databases.
- Initiate cold calls using scripted content to provide information about our products and schedule appointments with sales executives.
- Effectively manage and organize sales appointments of sales executives.
- Prepare and organize sales reports.
- Monitor and analyze call metrics, including appointment booking success rate.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM system and oversee sales IQ.
- Consistently follow-up with customers through emails and phone calls.
- Reach out to current customers to collect feedback on our products and conduct satisfaction surveys to enhance offerings.
- Remain actively engaged in calling and emailing initiatives to generate interest and secure client attendance during and after Pack Expo Shows.
- Adhere to protocol for secure handling of customer’s personal information and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Demonstrate professional and pleasant phone mannerisms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Achieve performance targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: PHP25,00.00 – PHP35,00.00 per month
