Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The Lead Generation Specialist plays a vital role in a high-performance team, focusing on lead generation through job adverts and cold-calling.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Business Development team.
- Utilize cutting-edge sales technologies to drive lead inquiry and maintain lead data efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and cold-calling experience.
- Knowledge of outsourcing or the manpower industry is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, negotiation, presentation).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal supervision.
- Dedication to quality, deadline-oriented, and self-motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php45,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
