Job Description
Remote Bears USA, established in 2021, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in digital marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of Lead Generation experience preferred
Job Summary: The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating leads through various channels and supporting sales and marketing efforts to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads
- Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and social media for lead generation
- Maintain updated leads in CRM system
- Assist in proposal preparations and provide timely information to management
