Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive Lead Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and identifying potential clients for our organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contacting prospective clients via phone or email to generate sales leads
- Qualifying leads and identifying their needs and requirements
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients
- Updating and managing the lead database
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure successful conversions
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in lead generation or sales is preferred but not required. Good knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
