Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Lead, ICSR Quality and Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSR) throughout our organization.
As the Lead, you will oversee a team of ICSR quality and compliance specialists and work closely with various departments to ensure that all safety reports adhere to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. You will develop and implement quality control processes, perform regular audits, and provide training and support to enhance the overall quality of our safety reporting system.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of ICSR quality and compliance specialists
- Develop and implement quality control processes for safety reporting
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and support to enhance the quality of safety reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any compliance issues
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in pharmacovigilance, excellent knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations, and experience in managing quality and compliance processes. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and drive a culture of quality and compliance within the organization.
