Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Loan Documentation Processor to join our team. As the Lead Loan Documentation Processor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the loan documentation process from start to finish.
Key responsibilities:
- Review loan applications and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate
- Coordinate with loan officers and underwriters to collect necessary information
- Prepare loan documents and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and update internal databases
- Manage a team of loan processors and provide guidance and training as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan documentation processing
- In-depth knowledge of loan documentation requirements and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
