About the job Lead, Quality Assurance
JOB PURPOSE:
The Lead Quality Assurance ensures software products meet quality and reliability standards. They oversee test plans, ensure compliance with business requirements, and drive QA process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years in QA role or equivalent
- Experience in banking or fintech is preferred
- Agile team experience
- Knowledge of testing life cycle and various testing types
- Experience in Web and Mobile testing
- Proficient in Test Management Tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Leadership experience in QA
