About the Job:
East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure our software products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing test plans, leading a team of QA testers, and collaborating with development teams to incorporate quality throughout the software lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in banking or fintech is preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in various testing types and platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
