Job Description
We seek a formal, experienced Lead Tax Analyst to oversee corporate tax compliance, planning, and reporting. The role includes supervising a small tax team, preparing and reviewing corporate filings, interpreting tax regulations, coordinating audits, and driving process improvements to reduce tax exposure and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Requirements: degree in Accounting or Taxation; CPA or EA preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in corporate tax with demonstrated leadership and analytical abilities.
- Skills: strong communication, attention to detail, and proven capability to manage audits and implement efficient tax processes.
