Job Description
Sumifru (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a Leadership Academy and Engagement Specialist to provide operational support in assessing, organizing, and implementing training programs and engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Licensed Psychometrician is an advantage
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in training, competency assessment, and employee engagement
- Strong critical thinking, planning, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and proficiency in MS applications
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
