Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Learning and Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs for our employees.
In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs and develop effective training strategies. You will also be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training sessions, both in-person and online, ensuring that employees gain the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting training needs assessments and developing training plans
- Designing and delivering training programs using a variety of instructional techniques
- Tracking and reporting on training effectiveness and employee performance improvement
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
- Managing the learning and development budget
