Job Description
What we’re looking for
The position will have primary responsibility towards Learning and Development processes and activities, collaboration towards seamless implementation and execution, across locations. This position will work closely with the Head of L&OD and collaborate with HR and Business teams to plan and deliver Learning interventions to facilitate future growth and development.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)
- Work closely with the L&OD / HR teams in preparing Org, BU, and team level interventions, deliver on plan, and follow through to ensure effectiveness of programs.
- Build Industry connect, implement best-practices, engage with educational institutions to leverage academic expertise which helps enhance Learner experience and learning effectiveness.
- Engage, evaluate and liaise with vendors, manage vendor contracts, within the scope of the budget.
Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
- Total 3-5 years work experience, with 2+ years in Learning & Development roles
- Experience with facilitation on virtual platforms for large audiences
- Manage end to end L&D projects
- Reporting and MIS
Soft Skills:
- Strong Business and Client centricity
- Excellent communication and Facilitation skills
- Learning agility
- Strong team player, with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualification:
- College Degree/Masters degree/Diploma in HR
- Experience in Assessment / Development centers
- Competency mapping and development
- Behavioral Coach certification / experience
- Instructional Design certification / experience
- Responsible for audit and compliance of the training process.
- Other projects & responsibilities as identified and created basis organizational needs.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Experience with Learning Technology (LMS, eLearning, and learner engagement tools)
- Excellent MS Office Skills

- Allowance: Php 4,00.00
- Can work onsite/temporary hybrid 3x onsite; Midshift

Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
