Job Description
COMRISE / RISEWAVE CONSULTING INC. is on the lookout for a dynamic Learning and Development HR Manager to spearhead our training initiatives. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities, contributing to our organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective learning strategies.
- Oversee various training programs.
- Identify and assess training needs.
- Evaluate training initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support the training team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related fields.
- Over 8 years of experience in HR.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php50,00 – Php65,00/month
