Job Description
As a Learning and Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the professional development of our employees. You will have the opportunity to create and implement effective training programs that align with our company’s goals and objectives. Your main responsibilities will include conducting training needs assessments, designing and delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. You will work closely with various teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training plans to address those gaps.
Additionally, you will be responsible for researching and implementing innovative learning techniques and technologies to enhance the learning experience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and instructional materials.
