Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team and play a significant role in shaping the experience of our new hires.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver introductory sessions on company culture, mission, values, and policies.
- Provide continuous support and answer questions throughout the onboarding journey.
- Research and design engaging onboarding content, including presentations, online modules, and interactive activities.
- Update and improve onboarding content based on new employee feedback and company changes.
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of the onboarding program.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, and other departments) to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Stay informed about company initiatives and updates to keep onboarding content relevant.
- Build strong relationships with team members to foster a positive onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-year experience in learning and development or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and presentation software.
- Willingness to work onsite in Molino.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Night shift
