The People team plays a crucial role in Shopee by allocating resources effectively and supporting employee development. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to enhance organizational productivity.
- Designs and conducts training programs to enhance employee performance
- Fosters effective partnerships with stakeholders
- Preferably a 4-yr College Degree or equivalent experience
- Corporate coaching/training experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask and work within deadlines
- Passionate about training and education
- Proficient in GSuite and e-learning software
- Certification (e.g. CLDP) is a plus
